Commercial roof leaks cost more the longer they wait
A leak over a home is a hassle. A leak over a store, office or apartment is a business problem. Water can ruin stock, shut down a suite, upset tenants and lead to mold claims. The sooner it’s found, the cheaper it is to fix.
Common signs on commercial buildings:
- Stained or falling ceiling tiles
- Water near HVAC units, skylights or roof hatches
- Tenant complaints about drips or musty smells
- Standing water on the roof long after a storm
- Blisters, splits or loose seams you can see from a roof hatch
Buildings we work on
- Warehouses and industrial buildings: large roofs where leaks are hard to trace
- Retail and strip centers: repairs planned around store hours
- Office buildings: work done with as little noise and disruption as possible
- Apartments and condos: fast fixes to protect residents and units below
- HOA buildings and clubhouses: clear reports for boards and managers
What we repair on commercial roofs
Most commercial buildings have a flat roof: TPO, modified bitumen, built-up or coated. Warehouses and shops often have metal roofs. Condos, townhomes and HOA buildings usually have shingle or tile. We fix leaks on all of them.
We also repair the details where most commercial leaks start: roof drains, scuppers and flashing, HVAC curbs, pipe boots and parapet walls.
